Resorten opplevdes som et tropisk område med lyder av fugler og sirisser som sang. Herlig å se og høre bølgene rett nedenfor bungalowen, og selvsagt bade. Herlig med utedusj i bungalowen. Resortområdet var åpent og fint. God mat, både frokost og på menyen til lunsj og middag. Stedet ble holdt rent, og sjarmerende slitt. Bassenget er luksus. Nytelig sted som vi gjerne kunne bodd på igjen.

Stedet er nydelig, men bærer noe preg av at det er litt slitt, samtidig er det sjarmerende.

Sjarmerende resort. Luftig og god plass på området. Opparbeidet hage/planter. Herlige lyder fra fugler og gresshopper. Bungalower rett på stranden, privat følelse (hadde ingen naboer, bungalowene er som tomannsboliger). God plass i bungalowen. Deilig med utedusj i bungalowen. To basseng, nydelig stort basseng, solsenger med tykke madrasser. God mat, mye å velge fra på menyen, frokostutvalget er også stort. God service. Spiser i stort, åpent, rom, uten vinduer med bølger som bakgrunnsmusikk. Liker du tropisk natur er dette stedet å lande. Kort vei til Mui Ne for shopping.

Mindre regn, pass på regnsesongen… Bølgene i sjøen er kraftige, det er ikke bare bare å legge seg på svøm. Selv med grønt flagg, må man passe på. Ikke barnevennlig å bade i sjøen pga bølgene. Men, bassengene er supre. Når man er i bungalow, må man regne med besøk fra kryp som søte firfisler, de er sky og gjør ingen skade.

Lovely hotel with bungalows well spaced out amidst lush well cared for gardens. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The staff were outstanding and everyone was friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfasts were superb with lots of variety and great quality food. The main swimming pool is a great size and has a lovely view of the beach.

The shower in the private courtyard was quite low pressure. Some parts of the buildings and rooms are looking a little tired and could do with some refurbishing.

I paid 3.7 million VND for one night at Victoria Phan Thiet — completely overpriced for the level of service provided. The staff seemed poorly trained, and the check-in process was unprofessional. I had to ask for basic information myself instead of staff explaining things properly. The most disappointing experience was during the advertised “Coffee Time” by the pool. The hotel promoted complimentary coffee, and there was a menu with different coffee options but no prices displayed anywhere. I ordered an Americano, which was served in a dirty-looking cup that appeared already used. The table was also dirty, with leftover glasses and dishes from previous guests. Later, I was asked to sign a receipt that only said “1 Coffee” without any price. Naturally, I assumed the coffee was complimentary as advertised. Only during check-out was I suddenly told that free coffee only applied to Vietnamese coffee, which had never been communicated before. I was then charged 64,000 VND. This is not about the money. It is about poor communication, lack of transparency, and the way guests are treated. The Jet Ski guy also scammed 100k VND from us. We dont care about small amounts like that but this is not how you treat your guests The beach and garden are beautiful, and the resort has a lot of potential. But without proper management and trained staff, that potential is wasted. Sadly, this was by far the worst Victoria hotel experience I have ever had. It also feels like the management is no longer the same as before. Many of the positive reviews probably come from the time when the resort was managed by a different company or team.

Great warm swimming pool, lot of free activities like zacuzzi in front of the beach, tennis courst, riding horse for child... nice beach admostphere, beautiful in natural flowers & plants. Room is clean, big & very good shamboo, shower gel.

If water & floor, walls of the swimming pool near beautique site is clean would be perfect.
