Mooi resort. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Mooie zwembaden. Strand was wat leeg maar misschien doordat aug was. Ontbijt was prima. Hotel zit wat afgelegen maar dat wisten we van te voren. We hadden een leuke bungalow. Voor 4 pers toch wel wat aan kleine kant. Maar je bent veel buiten. We hadden mooi uitzicht.

The so-called king/queen bed is actually two single mattresses put together which is very uncomfortable when lying on the edge of the two mattresses in the middle of the bed. Got upgraded from deluxe to bungalow just to experience unrested Saturday night with extremely loud from some company gala party. No heads up or make-up for such terrible night.

모기물림, 피트니스 시설이 열악했으나 다른 액티비티가 많아서 사실 피트니스 이용객이 거의 없을것같기는 하네요.

Got upgraded by app to a bungalow which was quite spacious, clean overall although furniture everything is quite old school and a bit tired. Main restaurant’s no MSG did the starters really good.

Read past reviews and thought it was exceptional but it seems normal, location was good with hotel’s private beach, although got upgraded by app to a bungalow, it was a stone throw away from hotel’s in house constructions that we couldn’t sit out at our own patio to enjoy even when swimming at their infinity pool you could swim gasoline and yet of course hotel charges were all the same without any discounts! Restaurant’s main courses are not French food at all, it’s done in an Asian way, seafood pie is actually smashed mix seafood then pan fried!

The breakfast selection was by far the best we had during our entire Vietnam trip – a wide variety of Asian and European options, fresh and plentiful. The location is perfect for relaxation – just 10 meters from a beautiful, quiet beach with soft sand and a gentle, kid-friendly entrance to the sea. The resort has two great swimming pools, also suited for small children (our 3-year-old had a great time). We appreciated small daily gestures like sweets and printed English fairy tales delivered to our room – a lovely touch for families. There’s a restaurant on-site open until 10 PM, with a broad menu. The food was tasty, though nothing remarkable – just convenient and good enough to avoid leaving the resort. Staff were extremely helpful and attentive, always available when needed. There's also a pony ride for kids, which our child enjoyed, though the ride itself was very short (around 2 minutes). Overall, it’s a relaxing, family-friendly place with a great beach, amazing breakfasts, and helpful staff – perfect if you're looking to unwind away from the crowds, though some improvements to the kids’ facilities would make it even better.

While the staff spoke some English, we expected a slightly higher level of language proficiency given the standard and price of the resort. The kids' indoor playroom has no air conditioning – only fans – making it hard to stay inside for more than 15–20 minutes. It could also use some fresh toys and equipment. The outdoor playground was quite poor – old, unshaded, and uninviting, with a dirty slide and a few outdated swings. Our kids weren’t interested in using it at all. We recommend the resort invest in water toys or small splash amenities to make it more engaging for younger guests. The resort is located outside of Mui Ne city – this is both a plus and a minus. It’s quiet and peaceful, but you’ll need a taxi (15–20 minutes) to get into town. There are only a few shops within 2–3 km, and the selection is limited. Prices at the resort restaurant are higher than outside, which is fairly standard for this type of place, but still worth noting.
