"Great place to stay to unwind"

Welcoming, elegant and lovely to have the pool to use after a busy holiday. It was the perfect place to be able to unwind before we carried on to our next destination.

Hotel in a Quite Location, The room was very neat and clean & comfortable, Ideally located near to connaught place & Bangla Sahib Gurudwara.

Breakfast & dinner buffet was good but improvement required

"Very Bad Experience Stay In This Hotel !!!!"

Honestly the breakfast is above average don't expect fanciful breakfast... but can fill up your stomach. The location to Connaught Place 20 - 25 mins by walk advise to take Uber.

Many issues ... I don't seldom give bad comment to hotel but this round I really wanna make it ! (1) Morning breakfast egg station staff name "Prasah" very bad service. No smile no greeting, with both hands held cross together in front, totally no respect to the customer !!! I caught him playing his handphone while in his egg-station. (2) The room kettle cover is broken and room service never notice it. The iron board cover is so dirty I cant iron my shirt. (3) I order the Japanese food as the sashimi is not fresh. (4) lastly, when I making my check-up, the reception manager print out the total bill with my room rates price is included in the bill ! I recall when I check in the first day they request me to paid full before I stay I have the receipt with me. If I don't double check my final bill means they will double charge me !! Very very bad experience which I never encounter this throughout my overseas trip. I strongly don't recommend any tourists stay in this hotel, as this hotel is operates by local, not quality control at all !!! They are other hotels better than this hotel, sad to comment this...
