Nothing good at all . The apartment was dirty

A steamer would have been a good idea and some coffee for the first day

The location is great, 5-10 minutes from the lake and right next to the bus stop, it’s not noisy. Good view.

The property isn’t well taken care of. It’s deteriorating and feels neglected. Very tiny things could improve the experience drastically, like removing the smudged mosquitos from the walls, washing toilet, sweeping the floors, washing dishes or getting a new kettle (which they eventually did, great job), or getting basic stuff for the kitchen (like salt, cooking oil, or detergent for washing the dishes, we eventually bought for the apartment and all together it was 3-5 euros, it’s not that expensive but makes a very good impression, at least salt and detergent are already more than fine). The biggest issue was the smell of the detergent of the bed linen, or something else idk, some mistake was probably made and they used too much during washing, it was so strong it burned in the nose and throat while trying to sleep. We couldn’t most of the night and had to contact the property. The good part is that they reached to us quickly and brought new sets of bed linen that was just fine and we managed to have a decent time there, i hope it was one time mistake. They also replaced the kettle to a new one. The staff were very friendly and nice, so it does hurt to have to write this but letting it stay like that is not fair either. A floor lamp in the living room would improve the atmosphere 100 times but that’s not that important. It can get a bit gloomy.

Zentral

Leider war kein Receiver im Zimmer, sodass es nicht möglich war, fernzusehen. Auch auf unsere Anfragen, ob man einen bekommen könnte, ist leider nichts passiert. Das war sehr schade. Leider war auch das Parken – wie vorher bestellt – am Apartment zunächst nicht möglich. Wenn jemand anderes zuerst ankam und parkte, kam man mit unserem Auto (einem VW-Bus) nicht mehr hinein. Nach mehrmaligem Telefonieren haben wir zwar noch eine Möglichkeit bekommen, mussten aber dennoch etwa 500 m weiter weg parken.

De locatie is perfect. In het centrum van Torbole dicht bij alles waar je dichtbij wilt zijn.

De bedbank en de uitrusting en geluid van de warmwatervoorziening. Parkeren en uitparkeren kan een uitdaging zijn. Is vrij krap zeker bij grotere auto’s.

easy instructions how to enter the property, and collect the keys, the apartement and sheets were clean. The apartement is very centrally located in town so if you use it just to sleep and have a cheap central located apartement to sleep its a good choice. Also nice is that there is parking at the apartement complex

The apartment has come a bit in the days. The atmosphere and design was very basic and the way it was designed it doesnt make you feel well. JUst to sleep it would be okay.

Lage und Balkone waren gut

Kaputte Türen, kaputtes BD, hellhörig

Schlüsselübergabe lief gut. Die Größe der Wohnung war in Ordnung. Lage (sehr zentral) war auch ok, aber ziemlich laut. Blick von den zwei Balkonen in die Baustelle.

Die Betten quietschen immer noch. Die Schränke im Schlafzimmer waren belegt/gefüllt. Sehr laute Wohnung, welche abgewohnt ist. Überall Mückenblutreste an Wand und Decke - wenig einladend. Pfannen gibt es reichlich. Normales Geschirr eher ein Witz. Ein Weinglas, ein Bierglas. Vier Mini-Wasser-Gläschen. Besteck reichte kaum für zwei Personen. Der Tisch hat Abplatzer. Die Stühle sind unbequem, kalt und passen von der Sitzhöhe nicht zum Tisch. Im dunklen Bad stand das Putzmittel vorm Spiegel und im Zahnputzbecher waren noch Reste (benutzen die vorhandenen Becher zum Glück nie). Die Ausziehcouch, welche wir dafür nicht nutzten, ging immer wieder auseinander.
