Terrible drive surface. Couple of uneven steps down to entrance. Poor entrance hallway. Couldn't get the shower temperature to turn down.

Heating took a while to heat up the flat.
GBWell appointed Flat was clean, warm and close to local amenities (Tesco etc) and convenient bus stops for town centre. A maintenance issue that arose before our arrival was resolved before we arrived but the host kept us updated until it was fixed
The coded locks were a bit annoying and unreliable and could become tiresome over a longer stay. The front doorstep was broken up and potentially unsafe. I think that needs urgent attention.

Outside of property could be alot tidier. Presentation of parking area could be improved to match the very good interior.
GBGreat stay, good facilities and just a 10/15 minute walk into town, good communication from the host, will stay again if we come back to Chester.
