"Fantastic Stay – Spacious, Comfortable, and Clean!"

We really enjoyed our stay here! The sitting room was impressively spacious, with three double sofas that made relaxing for the 4 of us super comfortable. The kitchen was a real highlight — well equipped and perfect for preparing meals with ease. The bathroom was ok featuring both a bath and a shower, and having a separate toilet downstairs was a great bonus. Everything was clean and well maintained, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Parking was plentiful, making coming and going stress-free. The location was spot-on, too — close to family, shops, and plenty of great food spots. Overall, it is a wonderful place to stay with everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable visit!

"Very clean, well equipped, spacious house in a great location."

Perfect location right by bus stops for buses in both directions and within walking distance of the centre of Barnstaple. Close to restaurants and a Sainsburys superstore and Morrisons Daily.

Some instructions for appliances including the television would have been useful. Also the instructions for the bins weren't very clear and we would have liked to know about recycling. We couldn't make the light in the twin bedroom work with the remote control.
