We didn't have phone or internet so that was a issue as I told them in advance but they didn't reply

We thought they could have sent us the code without us phoning them. At any point after it was booked they could have emailed the code to get in but they didn't So if you don't take a phone or have access to free internet you can't get in without complications

"Amazing option for late arrivals at night"

It's an amazing option to rent the car with them and therefore having the same people proving you with both accomodation and transportation. The apartment was very recently renovated and clean, the owners were very flexible with the schedules and always reachable by whatsapp.
