The size of the apartment and the bathroom and kitchen. Access to Netflix. Nicely decorated.

It was a bit noisy and a bit hot until we figured out how to turn down the heaters.

Fantastic location if you only want to visit Cinque Terre and you plan to do it by train: right in front of the train station.

The neighbourhood is a bit oldish, yet we had no problem at all.

"nice apartment and location but the gnats and smell kind of ruined the stay"

close location to the train station. (less than 5 minute walk) close location to restaurants and shops in La Spezia large size

- one of the bedrooms smelled like trash or decomposing dead animal during our stay so we were not able to sleep in there due to the smell - there were a LOT of gnats in the apartment which was pretty gross. the host said that it was normal for the area and time of year (May) but I didn’t see gnats anywhere else in La Spezia - sink in the bathroom wouldn’t drain during our stay so we had to have the host fix that on the second day
