Modern, excellent location and well equipped.

Temperature too warm and windows difficult to open and close. Lack of access to UK TV stations.

No hot water , bed was Far to soft, terrible really, very noisy back street location, deliveries, pub noise and other delivery vehicles

Nice accommodation and great for station.

In the office on site the agent was awful. Rude and patronising. On entering the site a couple we did not know warned us about "the charmer". Hwas furious when we asked the route to the key safe ( this is outside the complex). Jobs worth with Stalinist persona.

Lovely apartment near train station

Wi fi wasn't too great

Very clean, comfy beds, clean linen, lovely surroundings and decor. The lift was handy as we had a wheelchair user with us so the facilities were great for her.

Nowhere to hang coats apart from the wardrobes but two didn’t have a bedroom and were on the sofa bed so they had nowhere to keep anything, showers took ages to heat up and nowhere to hang six wet towels. It also took us over an hour to find the accommodation despite the videos which weren’t great quality. No one we asked had a clue where it was and the postal address takes you to a completely different area. Our Uber Eats driver got totally lost too and our food turned up cold after one of us ran out and down the road to go and get it. Our family we met here couldn’t find it either! Maybe clearer instructions are needed?
