The stuff was more than helpful and the house was beautiful and cozy.

There was a lot of moisture in the house, especially in the bathroom. The days that it was raining there was moisture condensed on the ceiling and then dripping on the floor, like somebody had taken a shower.

"Unfit for purpose!"

Great location.

Apartment needs a lot of TLC. Very rundown and not very clean. We had no WiFi for most of our stay. The toilet lid was broken. The shower curtain was mouldy. No hot water in the kitchen. We returned back one rainy day to find water pouring through the ceiling light fittings in the bathroom - extremely dangerous. We were offered a 20% refund. Eventually settled on a 50% refund. But the experience really warranted a full refund. It was awful 😞
