Comfortable enough everything was there Ypu would need to use so everything g was at hand

Could do with new fridge Air brick in bedrooms Bit of painting needed Plug or bowl for sink in kitchen

I had to pick up and drop off the keys at the Booking.com office which is located more than one kilometre away from the property . This caused me a lot of pain to drag my luggage back and forth to collect n drop off keys at my age of 79+ years. Despite my advance request for firm mattress, I had to sleep on very soft mattress causing back pain and sleepiness night. No toiletries items such as soap or shampoo provided.

The location especially for my age group people.

Good location, clean well equipped apartment

The pool wasn’t open despite being assured on numerous occasions that it would be. We would not have booked if we were aware of this.

The location

The only access to the building was through the front lift, the stairs they did have the gate was always locked and did not get a key to it, The lift was not big enough for the full family to go in at once, did not get put off by this just inconvenience.

I love the view out of the Bedroom window of the whole of Levante beach

Good location and secure parking, outside areas cleaned daily, overall good value for money, would definitely consider staying there again! Check in wax also easy and not located too far away!

In general the apartments were very clean but on the last day I noticed under the cover on the sofa old chips and dirt in between the sofa cushions. Sofa also tilts forward a bit as it’s a bed but is uncomfortable to get settled on!
