Bed and Gears - Industrial Design Loft

Everything was as described, the host helped me with a lot of information as well. I can recommend.

The accommodation was in a relatively central location, on a side street 10 minutes walk from the central station. We were greeted by the host who seemed kind, but who led us to the apartment, telling us to what not to do, including not to use a table on (which it said not to get any scratches on it). There were notes in every place with instructions. The rooms were in the basement, without sound insulation, with little natural light, one of the beds could not be used, so we had to improvise with a few pillows, not to mention the noise of the elevator that didn't let us sleep. Check out was at 10 a.m. and shortly after we received a complaint made by the owner to request a fine of 100 euro for the mess I left, unjustified and exaggerated otherwise. Obviously the booking rejected it. At the same time, if we were to point out the qualities of the stay, the owner was, at the beginning, nice, very punctual, he showed us multiple areas to visit in the city and always when we needed something, he was there with a prompt response .Finally, I want to mention that, I'm a person who travels a lot, but something like this has never happened to me before, never. So, from this point of view, overall, it was an unpleasant experience.

Huge loft on the ground floor, very nicely furnished much like the pictures. Within walking distance from most things incl beach. Great communication with the host

Nothing meaningful,, but small nitpicky issues - There was a desk, I wanted to use it, but it turned out it was entirely for decoration, no use is allowed due to the risk of scratching the glass. - There is AC but I chose to cool the place through opening the top windows, but the apartment is on the ground floor making it very noisy at times .

Berry clean apartment! Perfect communication with the owner! Very near there is a bar Viola with good cappuccino and delicious cornetto! It was perfect!

Clean, very spacious apartment. All facilities for a long stay. Nice host. Good location (beach, station, old town in 10-20 min on foot)

Very good comunication with the host. He help us with information and everything we needed. 10-15 minutes to walk until the beach. The apartment was clean and spacious with all necessary for a good stay: air conditioning, kitchen well equiped, washing machine, tv, some society games.

Near to the train trail. The apartment was at the basement level thefore the windos were very small. You don't have the possibility to check the wheather looking on the window. In the bedroom the window was on the plafon without the possibility to close it, so the light in the night or the pigeons noise in the morning was a little bite uncomfortable.

Location, cleanliness at the highest level, great contact with the owner of the apartment :)
