4 Bedroom House, Central City Location

The rooms were a decent size. Everything that was needed was provided. Good location with shops within walking distance. Good neighbourhood. Free parking. The host was very accommodating and willing to help.

When we walked in the accommodation there was distinctive smell like a damp smell that lingered everywhere. The downstairs bathroom smelled really bad and there were a lot of flies everywhere. Accommodation full of dust especially the windowsills.

It was ok for the price £160

The fact we couldn't get intouch with the owner to get into property totally disgrace having to pay in cash after being in the property for over an hour

The owner was easily reachable, very polite and helpful. We arrived slightly earlier than planned and he allowed us to go in. It is based in a great location, walking distance to the Grey monument and st James park. The house is very spacious.

The property is in need of some tlc - squeaky floorboards. Cleaner left the toilet rolls outside on the front step on the ground (not in a bag). Advert claims there are toiletries there, we found half used body wash and shampoo.
