EL PORTET - Managed by Almarina Villas

Excellent sized villa with lovely pool. Fab location close to Moraira town. Room for 2 cars. Great and attentive management company.

Gardens need a bit of a haircut especially the bbq area. Mosquitos made the space fairly unuseable.

La villa como tal es una pasada tiene todo lo que uno puede desear. La empresa que lo gestiona de 10 pero la empresa que tienen de limpieza un 0. Les llamamos porque vimos 2 ventanas estaban rotas y al día siguiente llegó una persona a arreglarlo. Al igual que les llamamos por otro problema y al día siguiente vinieron. La casa la piscina las zonas que tiene son una pasada. Las vistas increíbles.

La limpieza nefasta, llegamos a la casa y si la limpieza por encima de todo la hicieron pero las fundas de los sofás sucias, ropa de anteriores anfitriones en los huecos de la cama, debajo de las camas todo sucio, debajo de los sofás restos de comida de otros huéspedes anteriores, el calentador de agua lleno de leche seca, las sartenes llena de grasa. Debajo de los muebles bichos muertos. Entiendo que estoy en el campo y que pueden entrar ciertos bichos. Me dijeron la empresa de fumigar paso imagino al comienzo del verano pero si la empresa de limpieza no hace bien su trabajo pues pasa eso, la verdad uno no paga el precio que se paga por noche en estas villas para encontrarse eso. Nosotros la verdad fuimos 4 días para disfrutar y por parte de ALMARINA VILLAS no puedo decir nada malo porque fueron súper serviciales y atentos. Pero si voy 4 días de vacaciones no voy a estar quejándome constantemente de cada cosa. Ya que uno va para desconectar. Y espera encontrar todo perfecto a esos precios.

The location of the villa was superb and the views outstanding. We arrived very late at night and access was very easy with the clear instructions and easy key drop box. When we opened the front door and walked into the living room, it was like walking into the living room of a film set. It was stunning. We settled in and found comfy beds so rest in before waking up in the morning to magnificent views over the sea. A very easy walk down to the town refuelled us with a fabulous breakfast. We collected supplies and enjoyed a great lunch on the wonderful patio by the pool. The pool itself was wonderful and a great way to cool off.

The stay was amazing and there is very little that I can fault or would change. Just a warning to any families staying that the pool is very deep. The are easy access wide steps and a "shelf" within the water on which you can sit but the main pool itself is deep. I am 5 foot (yes, short I know!) but could not stand at all. Wasn't a problem for me swimming but just to be aware of.

It was very tired and in desperate need of some TLC… such a shame as could be stunning!

Location was stunning and great access to the bars and restaurants. Lovely large villa with lots of areas to relax in.

Nothing major, there could of been a few more sun beds around the pool.

Beautiful large villa in a great position close to Moraira. Easy walk into the town past the marina. Check in and out by Almarina villas smooth and very easy even though we were arriving late evening. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Many thanks.
