Bad location-homeless population next to unsecured guest parking. Deteriorating and empty buildings surrounding location.

See above- room had off-putting odor. Bathroom fixtures were dated-at best-stains in toilet/shower would make a person question cleanliness. Staff-registration agent taking personal cell calls while registering guest didn’t feel attentive or welcoming. Checkout staff could barely say a genuine ‘thank you’ and did not ask ‘how was your stay’.

War die günstigste in einem teuren Amarillo (beim nächsten Mal würde ich nicht in Amarillo nächtigen, sondern weiterfahren)

Schlechtes Sauberkeitslevel; Möbel und Teppich wirken sehr abgewohnt; Personal weitgehend desinteressiert; Frühstück sehr basal und nur bis 9 Uhr

The whole place smelled like urine. The carpet was dirty and wet. The rooms stunk. The parking lot was not secure. It was so awful that we just left.
