I lost my phone and sent messages via booking. The owner only used WhatsApp. I spent hours roaming the street trying to find my way in an unknown city. The small spiral stairs were 2 narrow to get my suitcase up so I left my clothes in the kitchen, took a shower on the 2nd floor. Plenty of electronic gadgets, few of which I didn’t understand how to use. Lots a to do lists around.

Not a place I would recommend. Owner never read the booking messages until he was asking for a review. I got more assistance from strangers after my cell was stolen than I did from the owner. He sent me a study guide for the security system that I never figured out how to use. May be a young techie would appreciate it

"Very good"

The host was very reactive and interactions by whatsappp very easy. He helped to order a taxi the last day, because the companies had difficiulties to understand english.

The noise of what I suppose is a pump for a water tank in the yard of the adjacent building. Not easy to work on the kitchen table. I would have liked to have a desk.

Good space and facilities. Great shower. Very good information provided both in the welcome book and online prior to arrival. Door locked and unlocked by an app which saved carrying a key. Good communication from Christian.

Not many restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Circular staircase to bedroom. No outside space.

"Nice apartment and great host."

The host, Cristian, was nice and really responsive to any questions or needs I had. When it turned out I couldn't download the app for entering the apartment to my phone, he made sure I got a key instead and stayed up really late to ensure I got in. The apartment has everything you need and, unlike many places I have stayed, loads of space to hang my clothes. It is also on a quiet side street, so it is really peaceful. There is a decent supermarket about 5 minutes walk away for all your needs and it takes about 15 minutes to walk to Bari Station and a little longer to reach the old city.

Public transport in Bari isn't the best, but that's not Cristian's fault and he was great about calling a taxi to take me to the airport at the end of my stay.
