exceptional,the staff is very friendly, and the ambience,very peaceful place neat and clean room,Wifi is better than any place,hot water available 24/7 in this price i think this is the best place to stay in skardu,

The staff is really helpful, giving good advices of places to visit, and helping a lot. The manager, Ehtisham, shared with me his phone number and was very reactive when I needed it, so it was a great experience. The place is very close to to Katpara Desert, which is also nice as it avoids taking the car after a long Day. The food and breakfast were really great also, and it was possible to order it through the manager’s phone number

I had some struggle having hot water, even on the hours where there should be, but I still managed to get clean
