GBQuick access to the property from Luton Airport
1. The property is actually about 7mins from the airport, even though it is advertised at 3mins. 2. The owner was not there to meet us, whiles we stood in the rain. We actually thought we had been scammed. We called the number given several times with no answer. Later we were rescued by a lady who opened the door to the house and had no clue we were arriving. 3. The rooms booked for 4 adults was dirty and the sheets not changed. The lady who opened the door after checking our details changed the sheets and others. 4. Rooms were dirty and claustrophobic. 5. One of the rooms had a bad mattress and were locked. 6. It was expected that we use left over bottle for coffee. After all this chaos the owner called very late at night to ask if we had arrived, even though it was indicated that we will arrive by 6pm. 7. The final onslaught was that we could not get uber services from the property at 3am in the morning to catch our flight. We were later rescued an hour later by an airport taxi to get to the airport. Worst experience I have had with Air b&b, there is no one to contact by phone and we really scared we had been scammed by the turn of events. Will never go there again.
ILהיה במקום חדר עם מיטה וטלווזיה וחדר רחצה. זה סה״כ לא רחוק מנמה״ת לוטון אבל גם עם אוטובוס מהשדה נדרשה עוד הליכה של 12 דק׳ עם המזוודה אז מבחינת קרבה זה לא מאוד מאוד יעיל. סה״כ הכניסה עצמאית, נוחה למחצה אבל התקשורת לא הייתה רציפה מספיק. ללינה ללילה אחד לפני או אחרי טיסה סה בסדר גמור ואני ממליץ על המקום מבחינת חסכון.
סך הכל קיבלתי מה ששילמתי עליו. המיטה לא הייתה מאוד נוחה והחדר קלסטרופובי ושומעים המון המון רעשים מקירות רצפת העץ. יש גם חלון עליון בדלת ככה שכל אור במסדרון אם אורח אחר הולך לשירותים חודר לחדר.

XKThe location is misleading, it took me 12 min taxi ride to airport at 2am no traffic. Bed was uncomfortable, walls wers dirty, landlord was not welcoming. He even threatened to through me out at 9pm just for smoking an iqos eventhough there were not any nosmoking signs. The door pass lock was low to the ground and you couldn't see the numbers at night!

the linen was with the stains - so not sure whether it was fresh at all, the room has a semi-open window into the hall - you can hear other people walking loudly even at nigth, the light keeps flickering at night - you can see that through the same window - you have to cover it with a towel, otherwise it is not possible to sleep. the bed is cracking loud and not luxury as it is described. just to add it a bit more and we would have stayed in a proper hotel - so never again.
