Really central location, so everything is near by. Appartement is nicely equipped and decorated. Bathrooms are spacious and clean. Communication with the owners was simple and quick.

Nothing in particular. One thing that could have been helpful would have been some simple coat hooks for jackets as well as kitchen towels.

The apartment is clean and tidy. Very comfortable and walking distance to the city

The apartment was located a short walk from the CBD and a block away from the new stadium that is being constructed. It was clean, tidy and warm. The apartment is located in a quiet street, and back from the street in a block of apartments, and it was very quiet. Whilst we did not cook, the kitchen was well appointed and there was a small couch that folded down, and a table with 4 chairs. There was plenty of room in the top floor walk in robe for a stay of a few days.

I did not realise that the apartment was split over three levels due to the small overall footprint, with the living room and kitchen on the lower level, one bedroom and a bathroom on the first floor and another bedroom and ensuite on the top floor. It was slightly challenging getting a heavy suitcase up two flights of stairs, particularly on the bend, but we managed OK. Probably something to think about for less able-bodied guests. And the stairs are quite narrow and carpeted which can be perilous for someone with big feet and a suitcase to get up and down lol. The TV did not have an antenna plugged into the socket, so there was no free-to-air TV available to watch any local TV, news, etc, and relied on smart TV streaming apps for content, so if you do not subscribe to Netflix, etc, or even have a free YouTube account, the TV would not be of much use. The shampoo and shower supplies were a little light on. For two people, for four nights, we were provided with two very small tubes each of shampoo and shower gel. It would be more useful, and less work for the owner in having to provide replenishments half way through our stay which they did without being asked (as we had already purchased our own when we saw what was provided), if there were either wall-mounted or free standing shampoo, conditioner and soap dispensers or pump bottles, which seems to be the norm at most places we stay, and was the case at the other Christchurch and Queenstown apartments rented during our NZ stay. These are not big criticisms, but more as a heads-up to future guests with mobility issues, and some friendly feedback, as we really did enjoy our stay here.

Fantastic place, would stay again! Has everything you need, and very handy to the meeting.

It is a little hard to decipher which place it is, numbers/letters etc. And my colleague who slept in the 1st floor room said that he could hear the shower dripping, so not sure if had a leak or just the drain pipe.
