It's actually rooms in two flats. Clean and tidy. In this building there is a student dormitory. The location is very good. The building is located next to two parks. Where you can walk around. There are sports and children's grounds. Nearby is a swimming pool. Across the park is a commercial mall where there is a good big supermarket. Across the park is a police office. The locality itself consists of 4-storey houses and private villas. There is no overcrowding of buildings.
