Breeze apartments- Nea plagia (garden)

Extremely disappointing experience – both with the owner and with Booking! When we arrived at the property, the owner had not prepared a key for our apartment. He offered us a different unit instead, but when we entered, it was not cleaned after the previous guests – it was extremely dirty and unacceptable, so we had to refuse it. We spoke to the owner, and he suggested that he would contact Booking on our behalf to arrange a refund, but he asked us not to cancel through the app. After that, he never contacted us again, nor did he respond to our messages. He also never reached out to Booking. As a result, we were left without a place to stay and without a refund – completely scammed. When we contacted Booking's customer service, we waited 4-5 days, and they told us we should have called them at the moment the issue happened, so we got nothing back. Absolutely terrible experience !!!

Nemogu da kazem sta mi se dopalo u objektu jer nismo ni boravili u njemu izasli smo istog momenta kad smo videli u kakvom je losem stanju objekat....

Nista nam se nije dobalo bilo je staro,neuredno,prljavo,objekat nije bio spreman za goste izgledalo je kao da je napusten,slike sa BOOKINGA nisu ni slicne ,objekat je katastrofa i nismo mogli da boravimo u njemu nije bilo pola namestaja kao sa slika,sve u svemu prevareni smo za smestaj i ostavljeni na ulici. Jako smo razocarani na Booking,novac nismo dobili nazad.

there was no garden furniture in the yard. We were told that it would arrive in one day, which did not happen. Also, the kitchen table was missing. After that, there was a flood due to worn-out pipes that broke in the wall. A large amount of things were damaged. We had to move to another apartment at our own expense. When the owner of the house informed us that we could return after two days and that everything was repaired, there was mud, moisture, waste and debris from breaking the walls in the apartment. Very bad and unpleasant experience.
