GBThe location and interior of the whole flat are nice. It is easy to go to the city centre, major transportation stations, restaurants or even the football stadium.
The whole building is quite old so the floors are very creaky. During our stay, we had four loud Americans staying upstairs and it was impossible for us to sleep as they made noises with their stomping steps and washing machine every single night. We reported the issue to the real estate agent and they did contact the owner of the flat above us, but the American tourists still made noises after 11 pm (apparently Portuguese law allows people to be noisy from 8 am to 11 pm). It was so bad to the point where we confronted the Americans at 12:50 am because of their noise and it resulted in a quarrel and police calls. The police couldn't help us as well because they don't speak English, so it was a very challenging situation. If you want to have good sleep quality during your trip, I wouldn't recommend this property.
CABeautiful apartment, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Bedroom very nice and a great bed with nice linens and closet! Large balcony outside but didn't get to use it because it rained for the 5 days we were there!
Not enough linens for 5 days! There's major problems with the drainage from the kitchen to the bathroom! If you drained the kitchen sink it would back up in the shower drain and would pool all over the bathroom floors...We only took very short showers because of this problem! And drain the kitchen sink a little bit at a time! Besides that it was a lovely apartment!
GBApartment was immaculate and lovely style. Great balcony to see out on and sip port whilst playing cards. Great location with paid parking available outside the property.
