Downtown Nashville Riverfront Unit 820

Good location to downtown. River view was nice. Comfortable bed. Lots of towels and bath supplies. Treats and coffee available. Good communication and instructions.

Very thin walls. Heard everything. Location had lots of construction and a train nearby. Floor was slanted in the bathroom. Shower curtain had mildew. No cleaning supplies except for broom and mop. Needed cleaner for stove. No cable tv -Roku

Very comfortable apartment. Nicely equiped kitchen. Great view! Wonderful host.

The bedroom would have been much better with room darkening shades.

This space was very accommodating and cozy! Just a few minutes away from Broadway via Uber! I would definitely stay here again! Rebecca was very quick to respond to my questions!

The only thing I noticed was there isn’t a screen on the sliding glass door. It would have been nice to have had the door open to let some fresh air in.

Gorgeous little apartment that was set up beautifully. Really felt like a home. Also had a nice view of the river from the apartment, plentiful parking.

The sofa bed frame was broken so we had to put the pull out mattress on the floor

Rebecca really has thought of everything. From a very good mattress, to a well stocked kitchen and great facilities, this was the perfect base for the Nashville leg of our trip. Rebecca gave us some great recommendations and the unit is located about 20 minutes walk from everything you'd want to see!

As this was my 1st experience with an Apartment style rental I was very pleasantly surprised with the full assortment of dishes and cooking/baking utensils. The location is excellent! It is a very short ride to ALL the sporting attractions or you can easily walk to all as well as many of the other important attractions. As far as the live music scene, you are a 15 minutes walk from Downtown (Broadway). 1st Ave to Gay St to 3rd Ave, straight to Broadway. I walked this with my teenage daughters. It takes you right past the Police Station where we happened to see an officer and I asked him about the safety of us returning by foot after dark and he assured us that the route we took is safe. As always, Uber and Lyft are also options. You may also encounter "lower level" celebs at this location as there are several BnB's on location. We had the pleasure of sharing the pool with a couple of the Savannah Bananas and their opponents (the Firefighters) as they were in town the same weekend. All in all I really thought the amenities far outperformed the cost. I absolutely will check-in with Rebecca and Paul again when I return!

As I have never been an Apartment dweller, this may be normal but the single bathroom being located in the only bedroom made evening routines and bathroom trips a bit awkward with my daughters staying in the Bedroom and I on the couch. The location of the pool is also a bit of an unexpected hike from our location, but BOTH of these are very minor inconveniences when you consider the minimal time you are reasonably staying in the room.
