Breakfast as well as on sight restaurant are very offering, compared to other options in kolkata

excellent breakfast, cooperative staffs, excellent location… shopping mall with movie theatre is very near by… to me considering all points…

Staff behavior is good. Location also good.

Deluxe room is just for namesake .It is just an ordinary room. Hotel should be equipped with a restaurant. TV is there but there is network problem . Also availability of main channels are not satisfactory.

I did not stay here as they moved me to another hotel at the last minute after requiring me to pay a sizeable deposit in advance ( despite Booking.com saying this was not necessary)

No electric kettle in room. No hot water available in the bathroom to bathe. Room right overlooking the road which was noisy and made sleep impossible.

Nothing. As I didn't stay there. they transferred me to another hotel saying there hotel was fully booked even after I paid in advance. excuse given was water leakage n later I found out that they had a wedding so my room was given out even after booking and paying in advance.

The other hotel they transferred me to was no good(1 star). Fab Hotels needs to take accountability for this. The money I have lost on this, I could have booked a 4 star international hotel.Fab Hotels - Don't overbook and later try to stick guests to cheap hotels. I checked out the next day from the hotel they transferred me to. Guest please read full reviews before booking. thanks.

I didn't like anything there. The pictures and the quality of the room doesn't match.

The bedsheets were not changed and very dirty.

The view is amazing, and the rooms were great
