Фантастичне перебування! Відпочинок-рівня люкс! До моря-7 хвилин пішки. Доступ до басейнів і джакузі на 47 поверсі-були супер! Критий басейн! Сауна! Парковка! Спортзал! Охорона житлового комплексу! Три сучасних швидких ліфти! Наші апартаменти на 26 поверсі були неймовірно чудовими, з райським краєвидом на море і набережну! Шикарний балкон зі зручними ротанговими меблями! WiFi-швидкий. Дві кімнати: в одній кімнаті-широка кровать, з краєвидом на море, в другій кімнаті-два окремих одномісних ліжка, з крайовидом на гори. Два санвузли. Кухня-є все необхідне із посуду, навіть мінімальна кількість продуктів на швидке приготування до подорожі за продуктами. Чай, смачна кава капсули і кавова машинка. Холодильник, посудомийна машинка і пральна машинка з капсулами для прання і миття посуду. Чиста білизна. Достатня кількість ковдр, якщо прохолодно. Великий телевізор з Netflix. Вбудована система кондиціювання і додатковий сучасний освіжувач-вентилятор. Сучасний електронний замок на вхідних дверях. В апартаментах є все, продумано все до крихітних деталей. Миючі засоби, шампунь, кондиціонер, гель для душу-звичайної якості, але якщо ви не маєте свого, то можете скористатися. Навіть пляжні парасольки-вам не доведеться купувати, дитячі пляжні іграшки ( свої пляжні речі ми також залишили для наступних гостей). Доступний і привітний власник. Отримали величезну насолоду! Браво! Так тримати! Наступного разу знову до вас! Маленькі деталі-поради від нас, які можуть ще більше порадувати ваших гостей-це додати в подарунок питну воду, а можна і пляшку вина поставити в холодильник для охолодження-це коштує небагато, але додає багато приємних емоцій при заселенні! Приємно, коли з дороги, нарешті заселяєшся, і маєш можливість випити води, а не першим ділом бігти в магазин!

Superb apartment with every facility needed

The apartment is amazing! It has everything you might need for long stay and even more. We spent there 1 week and my family was happy with everything. The terrace is superb, apartment has 2 bathrooms and Master-bedroom, fully equiped kitchen is very useful. The building also has great amenities: huge pool, jacuzzi on the rooftop, gym on the 46th floor is amazing! Staff in the building is very helpful and friendly. The beach is in 7-10 mins on foot, the supermarkets and cafes are in 5 mins on foot. Also we were with a dog - there are places for dog walking around. The owner is very kind and responsible, the connection was great. Totally recommend it!

The staff, the Cleanliness and the view all amazing

Double bed and mattress seen better days heating and air conditioning inoperative no restaurant, jacuzzi or roof top bar all were advertised in the list and were the main reason we booked for my wife’s birthday now found out they haven’t been available for a while now but still the owners keep this info to themselves and continue falsely advertise and take bookings, when we questioned this they said, we were “cool” so they would give us a 20% discount, for our next stay! Yeah that’s gonna happen! Not! Then this happened, boom! Out of the blue we get an email from booking .com. Saying the owners of the apartment had informed them that we had left the bottom of bathroom door “waterlogged and de- laminated “! Seriously!! We were there for 5 nights and were blamed and billed for€300 for damage that would take months or even years to appear!! Needless to say we will fight this. I’ve been using booking.com for probably 15years and will continue to do so, and during this time I have never, until now been so humiliated by a host or felt the need to write a review like this. Just beware folks that’s all I’m saying

The appartment was great had an amazing view large balcony overlooking the sea great facilities in the appartment ! 4 of us stayed and all said we would be back
