Localização excelente. Mesmo primeira linha, na melhor secção de praia do Poniente. Apartamento e prédio super limpo, muito funcional e staff super simpático. Tem dois aparelhos de ar condicionado, o que permite controlar perfeitamente a temperatura de sala e dos quartos. Quartos têm ventoinha de tecto, para quem não quiser ter o ar condicionado durante a noite.

O apartamento é antigo, embora adaptado com equipamentos modernos. Mesmo assim, dois quartos são interiores, e tem apenas um wc.

Lo más destacable sin duda es su ubicación. Frente a la playa de poniente, la zona muy tranquila. Las vistas son excepcionales.

Not suitable for 6 people (4 adults and 2 children), warm water in the shower lasts for only about 2.5 showers and the third bed sleeps one person (the pull out bed feels like sleeping on a sack of potatoes).

We recently stayed at this seaside apartment and had a mostly pleasant experience. The location was absolutely perfect, just a stone's throw away from the beach. We could easily walk there within minutes, making it incredibly convenient for spontaneous beach outings. One of the highlights of our stay was the stunning view. From inside the apartment, we were treated to breathtaking sea views. Waking up to the sight of the ocean and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was truly magical. The large windows allowed us to enjoy the scenery from the comfort of the living room, which, though not very large, was cozy and inviting. There was one parking place available. Unfortunately, the bathroom had a persistent, unpleasant smell that detracted from the overall comfort of our stay. Despite these minor inconvenience, the apartment's prime location and beautiful sea views made our stay memorable. We recommend it for its proximity to the beach and the serene ocean vistas.
