"Amazing place to stay in Lincoln"

This property is a lovely property, The rooms are very spacious, and it's right opposite a premier for all your needs, and it is also less than 10 minutes walk from the high street and the night life. Would 100% recommend it and would stay again. .

"Kids were diverstated and frustrated due to broken bed and cracked door which got broken ."

Manager was rude, racist. Bed and door was broken and wanted to blame us for that.

Absolutely love the decor In this little house, very modern and stylish! There’s a shop literally opposite the house too! Beds were very comfy, I had no problems getting a good night sleep. Very clean too! Communication was great, clear instructions were given to us to allow our check in to go smoothly. Same with checking out. This house cost me less than a hotel room for 2 nights. Value for money is great! Would recommend to anyone to give these little homes a try.

"Very basic but clean"

Clean but very basic. 20min walk into the heart of Lincoln.

In student/ derived area. Directly opposite a local shop,open until 10pm which made the road very busy. However in 20yrs+ renting, this is the first not to get a welcome pack so it was handy for the essentials we didn't pack. Mould in bathroom. Wall paper peeling in dining area & bedroom. Paint/plaster has blown in lounge area.
