The staff here are friendly and helpful, all the staff members really nice👍🏼.

The parking is quite limited at pick hour, and the oku ramp is always blocked by cars that park at that space to near narrow for wheelchair user access.

easy place to find restaurants and buy groceries

There is no place to boil water in the room & no iron provided in the room, no 3 in 1 drinks provided and the air conditioner is not cold enough.

"A good one night stay to catch a flight from KLIA the next day!"

The staff during check in and check out. He was very welcoming, and patient.

The kettle provided in the room could not be used as the plug does not match the power socket. The ironing facility is located outside the room, which I am aware of and is not an issue.
