A lovely cozy apartment equipped with everything needed for a comfortable short or long stay. Located in a charming residential area.

The check-in and check-out process was unfortunately not very smooth. I had to spend a significant part of the day on the phone with the realtor, coordinating key pickup and return. Communication was excessive, and unlike the usual convenience of a security box, the system here was time-consuming. Returning the keys was also complicated — the elevator requires the key to operate, so without it, I had to make an emergency call to get help reaching the ground floor. Another issue was the towels, which had a musty smell — I couldn’t be sure they were freshly laundered. Also, there is ongoing construction nearby, so some noise during the day is to be expected.

Гарне розташування, поряд тц, продуктові. Все в пішій доступності.Квартира простора, з хорошим ремонтом. Затишна, тепла, чиста. Є все необхідне для життя. Шумоізоляція, дуже зручне ліжко .вид на море. Є паркінг, для електрокарів є зарядка. Будинок бізнес класу. Почуваєшся в безпеці . На балконі можна насолодитись кавою і видом на море. Господар помешкання дуже приємний. Рекомендую
