Ifigenia Lux MAISONETTE in oldtown and Villas in theriso vilage 14 km outside of chania

Our stay at Ifigenia was wonderful. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and generous, a perfect way to start the day. The room was lovely, clean, and tastefully decorated, with a very nice bathtub that made the stay even more relaxing. The location in the old town is ideal, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The only downside is that the price feels a bit high compared to the overall level of facilities as well as other accommodation around but it is worth visiting for sure.

It was very central to the old town and had real character. I led the fact that it was sound proofed.

Very unique property - would definitely recommend. Absolutely loved the private rooftop terrace. Incredible view for sunrise and sunset. The staff were very friendly. Loved the mixed plates for breakfast too!

If you aren’t good with steps it probably wouldn’t be ideal as our room was at the top of the spiral staircase. That being said I think they have rooms available on the ground floor too.

Super old and charmy building in the most beautiful little alley in the old town. Well equipped and located. In room 3 is a cute little spiral staircase to the rooftop. The breakfast area is outside the hotel around the corner on the lovely street mentioned above. You get a large selection of delicious little things and freshly squeezed orange juice. The girls in the kitchen are super nice and lovely.

In August the prices are crazy. It costs around €100 per night and there are no extras for that. I was traveling light and had to buy my own shampoo and shower gel in town. But maybe they just forgot to put it in the bath... A lot of the equipment in the room was broken like the sunbeds on the rooftop or the door handle to the bathroom which kept falling off. The owner and the guys at the reception are nice and helpful but not from the heart. They show no interest, give less advice and are not really attentive. It doesn't have to be taken for granted that you will be helped with your luggage, but for this amount of money it should...

Everything was perfect!!! The location is excellent, near free parking and in the city center. Teras is small but has perfect view. Brekfast was great! You will get everything on a plate, every day something different, solty and sweet. 10/10
