"Never Trefoil again."

The only thing that is ok with me is the location.

The ambience of this room. It smells of decay and old, cheap room. The vibe is not good for a staycation. Also, the iron is not working. The plug point behind the tv crackles and it sounded unsafe. The fridge was turned off when we came in ( who would turn off the fridge? Everyone should know fridge is always on, homestay or not) This unit is on an older side of Setia Alam. Even the lift to the unit looks unsatisfactory and unconvincing. I have tried other airbnbs around Setia Alam, by far this is the most unhappy I was.

First thing room not like in the picture what they show in booking.com. In booking no mention the deposit once book the room before check in that time ask 200 deposit to send guide information. Paying the money is not the problem , Why never mention before booking the room . Location okay. Cleaing not good as well . Toilet shower very slow . Only can see the nice view from the room thats all.

Very unprofessional of handling customer It's not recommended And no phone call customer assistant! Its actually favour for them Because thwy knew they will get nicely from clients The refrigerator is so disgusting smelly Overall 1/10 NOT RECOMMENDED
