it was just a bit of a distance from the ocean.

The accommodation was spacious and well located.

Location was not easy to locate

There was so strict rules regarding the entry and exit into the property,security check points, but the maintenance guys and cleaners were walking into property without permission using their access cards totally unprofessional and unethical, absolutely disgusted. The air-conditioning was not working, load shedding for lengthy hours, linen was dirty, lights tripping, the pool was not cleaned on daily basis which remains a health hazard, no privacy- maintenance called in to sort out ac and cleaners were walking into property without knocking and waiting for guest to open door.

The house is beautiful

The aircon was not working, the house got too hot

house was nice and comfy nice layout easy to find things and location good

bathroom water pressure was low aircon was tripping downstairs when we had both on gas got finished and there was no key to open brown gate, we had to jump the wall to open new gas

The pool , the views and the location

Cleanliness is key. Had to tell the housekeeper to clean my room. She didn’t touch it at all. I’m big on cleanliness, you can’t a beautiful place that is not clean. She needs to hoover the carpets and change towels and make bed properly. Invest in people who will clean properly.
