Great location
Very dark colours used, especially in the bedroom-made it difficult to assess the cleanliness. Bed was uncomfortable. Tons of tiny ants in the bedroom, couldn’t get rid of them. No tea, coffee etc (standard for all BnB I’ve stayed at) to welcome guests. No door on bathroom, just a curtain.

The neighborhood is safe and clean
That there was not entertainment equipment eg radio , tv, on quiet days one wants some entertainment. Also the wall in the bedroom seems to be an installed piece is board with gaps in it which was a bit concerning , safety wise (luckily it did not rain)

"value for money and all the essentials were available shops and hospitals were close by."

Perfect location we were visiting the hospital in constantia which was in walking distance.
it was very cold we needed some more blankets or heated blankets and preferably a door on the toilet there was no Tv
