Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.

El alojamiento muy bonito limpio la ubicacion perfecta

El hecho de ir a recogwr la llave a otro lugar y no tienes donde dejar la maleta pero por el reato supwr bien

Parkeren viel een beetje tegen. Later hebben we ontdekt dat je bij de Lidl 2u gratis kon parkeren.

"Atendimento decepcionante com lençois e toalhas velhos e louça molhada e suja guardada no armário"

Localização boa com estacionamento próximo

Toalhas e lençóis velhos. Toalha rasgou no primeiro banho. Pratos guardados sujos e molhados no armário. Fiz reserva para 3 pessoas. Fiz check-in as 8:00PM e percebi que só haviam toalhas e roupa de cama para 2 pessoas. Retornei ao Welcome Center as 8:30PM para pedir mais toalhas e lençóis. Disseram que iriam entregar no apartamento, que me informariam o horário por mensagem. Não me deram mais retorno. co mecei a ntrar em contato novamente por mensagem e telefone as 10PM. depois de muita discussão, entregaram toalhas e lençois aop's as 11PM. Há uma bomba de água no armario da sala (ao lado do sofá cama), que liga e faz barulha a cada minuto, durante dia e noite. Impossível dormir no sofá cama. Tentei pedir reeembolso de toda estadia para procurar outro lugar pra ficar e não fui atendido

"Super appartement!"

Mooi dakterras, schoon appartement, goede bedden en een snelle metroverbinding naar het centrum. In de buurt veel faciliteiten zoals supermarkten en restaurants.

Net wat weinig handdoeken voor 6 dgn (1 douchehanddoek pp) en er waren geen vaatwastabletten.

"Upsetting."

The property is 5 minutes walk from the Casa de Musica train stop. The property takes excellent photos and looks modern.

The property was dirty, and the toilet cistern did not work - it made noise day and night, waking me up in the night (toilet is next to bedroom), as did the boiler. The most upsetting part was when I tried to call and text the host, they would not answer my calls and texted me back hours later, and were defensive and evasive regarding the dirty bathroom and dirty dishes in the cupboard, dirty touch points and overall grimy feel. They argued for 3 days with me over text message, and never resolved the toilet cistern, boiler, or dirty apartment. They threatened to report me to booking for “harassment” because I had called and texted multiple times asking for the issue to be fixed (I did not speak to them ever, and as the keys were left in a drop box I had no office or anything I could go to). It spoiled my city break, and I am seeking a refund, which they have refused to provide.

Enkelt å komme seg fra flyplassen, få nøkkel og finne leilgheten. Veldig sentralt med tanke på buss og metro. Midt mellom sentrum i byen og stranda. 18 minutter å gå ned til elva. Det er litt lenger å gå til sentrum. Glem ikke å ta en tur ut på stranda. Buss 502. Gjerne opp til Leca da Palmeira beach.

Det var ingenting jeg mislikte

Num cômputo geral, a experiência foi muito boa, mas o que mais gostamos foi a temperatura do apartamento e o seu ar confortante.

Ter água quente por muito pouco tempo.
