The layout of the house was lovely, designed well inside. The kitchen had everything I needed for my stay, and the location was nice, peaceful, and quiet. It’s a shame the cleanliness and management issues let it down.

Disappointing and stressful experience. The first property I was given was visibly dirty, mould, stains, bits, hair on the beds, and what looked like pet mess or mud on the floors and stairs. I was offered a cleaner late at night, which wasn’t reasonable as it was already past 8pm. I was moved to another house. Before agreeing, I confirmed that it would still be pet-friendly, include a garden, and have an approved 11am checkout, which they confirmed. Second property appeared better than the first upon arrival, but after settling in, I realised dirty, smelly socks wrapped in a towel left for guests to use on one of the beds, The TV didn’t work properly and would freeze, Remote “OK” button was broken leaving the TV Netflix, YouTube etc unusable. I sent multiple videos to the company and asked if anybody could come out the next day, as it was already after 10pm. I was told no one was available now or then, and instead of helping, they implied I wasn’t telling the truth yet still refused to arrange anyone to come out. I was told someone would call me before checkout regarding compensation. The staff member I spoke to was rude, patronising, and repeatedly muted me mid-conversation or often speaking over me. The customer service overall was extremely poor. The following morning on check out, instead of the promised call about compensation, I received a call saying I’d be charged for a late checkout although this had already been approved before I moved properties. I have not received any apology or follow-up from the company since. In the end, Booking.com reached out to me to resolve the issues. I have stayed in many properties and have never had such an bad experience!. Both houses were unclean and poorly managed.

it's very convenient to go for grocery n there is a tram to go to city..near tesco ' ms Hall ' aldi n farm food to get halal product.the back yard is big..its easy to contact wth the host n fast if hv problem
