CAGreat location, quiet and relaxing, real close to Joshua Tree NP entrance. The house is tastefully decorated and a well equipped kitchen. I'm talking blender, sieve, bottle opener, toaster, coffee maker, spices, etc..Freezer stocked with ice was much appreciated as soon as we came in from the heat! Wish we had time to play bocce ball, the court was amazing! Loved the hot tub for the cooler mornings and nights! Couldn't get the oven to work initially but got wonderfully quick response from property manager to troubleshoot it and they even offered to have someone come in and fix it the next day. They were also very easy to communicate with for check in and it was so simple. Great touch with the record player and record collection, very fun to play it while we relax in the evenings!
There was a bunch of thorns I kept stepping on that would embed themselves into my flip flops. I was worried about my dog stepping on them too. Looks like seeds from some of the plants outside. Can't fault them as it would be impossible to get rid of it all, just make sure not to walk barefoot and have indoor and outdoor shoes!

The neighbor house looked a bit sketchy but wasn’t bothered by them. Would have been cute with more cacti/landscaping

Could of used coffee filters and scoop. So I got some and left a scoop for the coffee. I would suggest adding a hook or additional towel rack in bathroom, otherwise fine! A solar light in back maybe
