Good location

After booking, I was told that I had to pay a refundable £300 deposit. I was only made aware of this after booking. This cost almost as much as the booking itself. We left the accommodation on Sunday by 11am as per the checkout instructions however I did not get confirmation that the deposit would be repaid until the Wednesday after. Beware if your booking this property that an archaic deposit is required.
