excellent location, convenient parking, directly to the beach, and walking distance to restaurants.

We could use sleeping pillows for better comfort versus decorative pillows.

The location was absolutely incredible — stunning ocean views, direct beach access, and amazing restaurants all within walking distance. The villa’s open-air living space overlooking the sea made the entire experience truly exceptional.

One area for improvement — which has also been mentioned by previous guests — is the lack of lounge chairs. Unfortunately, we experienced the same issue. With three villas accommodating up to twelve guests in total, there were only two lounge chairs available for all three units, which is clearly insufficient. We even raised this with the manager during our stay. As a result, we had to walk about half a kilometer along the beach to rent chairs at our own expense. Given the premium nightly rate of this type of property, guests would reasonably expect not to have to worry about or be inconvenienced by something as basic as lounge seating. This is a relatively simple and low-cost addition that could greatly enhance the comfort and overall experience for each villa.

Location directly at the beach was magical

Nothing really except the stove top was very complicated to operate.

The location of the apartment was the best. We stayed in Grand Case before and we knew that we liked this location. The apartment is directly on the beach. It is on open air living, thus it may be challenging during hotter months of the year since air conditioned rooms are in the back of the apartment where bedrooms are. In january however, it is perfect.

I would have liked to have more than one set of keys for all the gates that need to be open and locked to get to/from the beach and outside

Location, and restaurants nearby. Apartment is amazing to stay, you could relax and watch the sea from the sofa.

Location just perfect, and we have very good equipped kitchen, good mattresses, a lot good restaurants around in few minutes walk. We were enjoying staying there. And host was very nice too.

OMG! This is a find of which you can easily think: this is too good to be true... And then you arrive on SXM and it IS true! This was the best apartment ever. We will come back next year for sure!

There was seriously nothing not to like. Everything was just perfect.
