Arlington Bungalows-Sarasota 10 min to Siesta Key

This was a very well-equipped cottage, nice touches like toiletries in the bathroom and games in the livingroom. Air conditioning was good too.

It just needs a freshen up in the bedrooms decor-wise but comfortable beds and very good air conditioning.

Very quiet street. Even though people were staying next to us and behind us, we never heard them. My wife and I worked almost 2 months straight and needed a break. We took one of our dogs with us. Place was perfect! Even had candles, huge dog dish, and treats for us and our pup. Wonderful kitchen! It had everything you forget to bring. It was a wonderful stay

No complaints about the property. I would only suggest maybe a tv in the king bed room.

The property was easy to find, and the check in and out was uneventfuj, although we never even saw anyone in person.

Upon entering the property we were amazed at finding window unit air conditioners which were so loud they kept you awake at night when cutting on and off. There were tiny bugs crawling all over the sink and wall in the bathroom. The property is in an older, very unkept and neglected neighborhood, many houses overgrown and grass in great need of being cut. A family coming in after dark could make someone feel very uneasy about their safety. It is about 4 miles from any beach and their advertisement leads one to believe it is in close proximity It is obviously an old property that someone has done the absolute bare minimum to make it presentable to rent, however the price is not appropriate for what you get. The windows all have paper shades which constantly fall off the windows and won’t even stay attached although we kept trying to re-adhere them. They charge a 75.00 cleaning fee tacked onto the stay, which is not advertised until you go to pay, which they require up front prior to even being able to check in, and when I travel and stay at hotel’s very rarely do I find this. I’m sorry to say we will not be returning to this property. Possibly many people have much lower standards and expectations for a nice place to spend their hard earned money to enjoy.
