"Rubbish ruined holiday. Treating old disable people like dirt"

We did not even checked in, and moved to another property. Pls do not recommend this property to anyone.knowing that i am disable, the property was on the 2nd floor with no lift. I had informed you and send emails, called them too. They were rude.i will never use u again. We couldnt get in touch with u.. it was a nightmare of a holiday. It was a confirmed place, with building work going on. Entire holiday was ruined, trying to get our money back. They were so rude, slamming the phone on us. Thank u for ruining my holiday

U need to check the property before and make it accessible for ur customers to contact u. We have always booked it with u. Shameful attitude from both sides

Location is good.

There was no heating. It was freezing inside. They said they would send someone over to check the heating but they didn't. It was 0 to -1 outside, middle of December and absolutely no heating in the apartment...
