"Exceedingly disappointed."

Not much!

I had no idea we would be in a basement when I booked. It was like a dungeon! No outdoor space, no proper windows and the loudest air con machine that you couldn’t turn off. Horrible.

Great location walkable to Yale and restaurants, onsite parking, spacious, cute. Owners were very helpful and responsive

Basement level so two very small windows, and upstairs neighbor walked very heavy and woke us up at 6:25 am

The apartment was large and comfortable. We didn't spend a lot of time there so didn't cook or watch TV but all facilities were there to be used if we needed to. The washer and dryer were a huge bonus though. Entry was by code and we had no contact with the owners, but they sent several messages and I'm sure if we had any problems they would have been happy to solve them.

There was nothing to dislike about the apartment. It was a long walk to the music venue, which was our reason for staying in New Haven, but we did know this in advance and on balance it was worth our sore feet to stay there.

"1970's U. Of New Haven Reunion Trip with Gerald lll"

The Decor, particularly olive color and textures of rugs and floor. Very calming after exciting/traumatizing events like 50 Year Alumni Reunions. And Directly on my normal route to visit New Haven relatives.

Could only stay one night, had to surf Far Rockaway.
