PKI am writing these remarks honestly and with the hope that they may help future guests. My stay started with a little uncertainty, but soon turned into a very comfortable and pleasant experience. The hosts were friendly, helpful, energetic, and always ready to assist whenever needed. The apartment was clean, neat, and well maintained. It included a kitchen, TV lounge, separate bedroom, and an attached washroom, which made the stay very comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is keeping mineral water bottles in the room before check-in, even if the cost is charged to the guest. Although food delivery services were available 24/7 and I easily ordered water, having it in the room would be more convenient. Another suggestion is regarding food deliveries. It would be helpful if the management could make arrangements with the security staff to allow Foodpanda delivery riders to bring orders to the guest's room. For security purposes, the rider's ID can be recorded and a limited entry time of around 10 minutes can be allowed. This would save guests from having to come downstairs every time they receive a delivery. Overall, it was a very good experience. The location was peaceful and away from the busy streets, making it a great place to relax. I would definitely recommend this place to others.
