Lovely 3 Bedroom First Floor Condo on Golf Course

Perfect location. Had ll the ammententies we needed. Very clean and very spacious

We stayed 7 nights at this rental, owners were very friendly and quick to answer any questions I had upon arrival. No bugs, very clean, very nice place. Exceeded my expectations for our stay

Friday morning came out to go to the airport and my rental car was gone!! Called the police who knew right away it was towed! It cost $233 to get it, the cost of an Uber, and we missed our flight! We learned a few days prior the owner was not suppose to be rent it as an Airbnb. We were so upset because of all of the above not to mention their lack of answering our texts, etc we had no use of the TV for the first 4 days. Lack of communication was ridiculous! I would like response to this before I take further action. I would also like compensation for the cost of obtaining the car. The owners should absolutely be accountable to rent their condo illegally!

Upon arrival we found a very large roach in the cupboard with dishes. We killed it and informed the host who stated they would come spray but never did. Later in the week we found four more very large roaches and identified the spot in the cupboard they were coming from. We informed the host again including photo and video evidence, they sent someone to spray that same day (letting me know they read my email) but after four days we still have not recieved any response from them. We had to reach out to booking.com to request a refund for the two nights we did not stay because of the hosts unwillingness to communicate.

Great 3 bedroom condo. I would definitely stay again.
