Very comfortable and very good facilities

That a faulty lock caused us to be locked out of the property. We are in our 70 years and we had no coats. Our phones were inside the property. If it had not been for the young man upstairs I don’t know what we would have done. He phoned a locksmith which cost us £99. Although his invoice states faulty lock your company have refused to take any responsibility for this and have stated that they will not refund the locksmith’s fee.

Beautiful apartment in pristine condition, tastefully decorated with all new furnishings. Ideally located in a quiet neighbourhood with convenient parking directly in front. The host team were extremely professional, friendly and attentive. They provided detailed instructions and checked in on us during our stay.
