Centrally Located a Home from Home - Free Parking

Great apartment closely located to the city centre of Canterbury. The town centre can easily be reached by foot and everything you need to prepare a tea, coffee or a small meal are available. The check-in and check-out was easy and the host Kristina was a great support during and after the stay.

We struggled a lot as we booked for our family but it’s for one person..Had no sleep for two days. Yes it was our mistake I have to admit ..remembering days in our life thank you Host

Great location and the communication was fantastic. The apartment is bright, had nice facilities and everything worked as should.

Unfortunately the fan didn't work, tried it in various plug sockets and it never turned on. The apartment opposite us frequently smoked weed in their apartment and the smell was horrible. We did also request the spare bed be made ready for us when we arrived, and happily agreed to pay the fee, but unfortunately this was not the case.

The free parking. The close proximity to the city centre. It was exceptionally clean and well equipped with all the necessary facilities to make it a very comfortable stay. It was very quiet and peaceful.

What we didn’t like was that it was on the third floor and to access one had to climb three flights of stairs ( 46 steps). We are both 79 years of age and to lug our suitcases up the stairs was difficult and exhausting . I think this should be highlighted in description of the advertisement

A comfortable, well equiped, one bedroom apartment with excellent location. The walk to and from the train station was particularly lovely. The complimentary bottle of wine was also much appreciated.

Could use a few less scented candles, in case guests are sensitive.

Ideally located for exploring Canterbury, extremely quiet and with all the facilities you need for a few days away. Kristina was a helpful and thoughtful host throughout, including a couple of additional touches that were much appreciated.

The heating took quite a while to kick in, which wouldn't have been ideal in colder months, but didn't cause us any real issues. The coffee machine was a bit clunky, but instant coffee was available as an alternative. These are very minor points, however, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place and we will re-book if we go back to Canterbury.

Few things can be improved: 1. The apartment number was a bit hard to find in the guide that we received. 2. The cooking non-sticky pans 🍳 were quite heavily scratchy — it’s probably because of careless travels 🥲 as a scientist, I know how dangerous these pans can be for health. 3. We wished that there were shaower gel and shampoo 🧴 but it was missing 🥲 Otherwise all positive 👌 these are only wishes 😇
