"Great location; lovely setting by the river"

Clean, tidy; great location - easy walk along river path to cafes. Supermarket nearby, plus best fish & chip van. Receptionist gave us room upgrade which was nice gesture.

We had no breakfast,think you need to update your website!!!!

We only had one bedside table & lamp was very disappointed their were two of us for godsake it’s standard fixture & fittings of accommodation for a couple we also had to hut for another comfy chair again two of us very disappointed their considering the staff were so nice to assist us and as for your poor excuse about the stink from your grey water tank we are not stupid it’s been like that for quite awhile fix it & stop with the bullshit stories we won’t be back

"Good place to have a sleep in Timaru"

Confortable studio with all the basic facilities needed, clean, and bright with many windows. Small bonuses: we even had a view on the sea from our room and welcome candies on the bed Thanks!

"Great accommodation and very quiet. Lots of parking."

Very clean. Easily accessible but only if you could use the stairs for the upstairs rooms.

Maybe a heated towel rail or mire places to hang your towels. Bedside table and lamp on either side of the bed.
