Some of the room and bathroom doors could not latch close
GBThis property would have exceeded expectations had we not seen photos that clearly show this beautifully renovated space. The beds were super comfortable and cosy - loved the pillows! The front room has two windows with striking square views and the whole ambience of the property was luxurious and comforting. We will definitely return.
The only thing we would have appreciated would be a coffee machine and some pods, or cafetière with complimentary fresh coffee to match the overall luxury feel. Maybe local good Yorkshire teabags too. With such a high end feel to this property you almost expect a lux welcome pack in the kitchen.
GBReally great location. Very central opposite the cathedral. The layout is lovely, very quiet and the finishes are high spec. It had everything we needed. Very close to a M&S food and Sainsbury’s, and some nice cafes and pubs.
Quite minor dislikes but there is no toilet on the floor with the living room and kitchen, so you go upstairs to use the family bathroom. There was no rail in the shower and I have an elderly parent who needs something to hold onto getting in and out of the shower, and to help balance when washing. That can be easily fixed, though.
