Easy access to Boulevard mall. Easy access to the accommodation, clear instruction from the owner. Answer all the question asked, good communication.

The room is actually a bit isolated from other units. Even the window is facing another unit. You dont really know whether its day or night.

Property is well located, nice and simple decor Property is on a safe environment, basement parking is good and secured

Second Toilet need washing hose, need update and maintenance, Second Air cond unit broken and need replacement
