Location ground floor next to the pool very clean

Everything all good except 430 check in

The property was a good location

We had some issues with the sliding doors and shutters not working and locking , the air con was extremely noisy and was leaking The shower took ages to drain away had to keep tuning the shower off to let the water drain away so it wouldn’t over flow The bedroom is very small and so is the bed , there is very little room to get to either side of the bed and if you are less mobile you would struggle. We requested to moved / get a refund so we can move and booking.com couldn’t get hold of the owners of the property throughout our stay. And pretty much wash there hands of us despite the multiply phone calls and spending hours on hold to get nowhere

We liked nothing, this is the worst accommodation we have ever been to.

The apartment was dirty, dilapidated and infested with mosquitos and cockroaches. It bore no resemblance to the photos shown on Booking.com which were totally misleading. The apartment was so bad we were forced to leave after 2 nights of a 6 night stay, because we had been badly bitten by mosquitos which, when we rang the accommodation helpline we were told to go and by a spray for. We are know fighting to receive a refund. In reply to your comments, the apartment was not of a clean standard, we have a video which we can post online which shows the true state of the apartment. Secondly the mosquitos were already present in the apartment ( we did not realise how many until nightfall) we did NOT have any windows open, and certainly did not leave any open while we were out. The member of your own staff who accompanied us to the apartment before we were forced to leave, agreed it was below standard, and even pointed out stains on the sofa beds.
