Cà del Lasco - Free parking apartments 5 min from the station

Quaint apartment with a stunning view. The town was close, but be careful as there are no sidewalks.

A bit far from the station

Our stay at Cà del Lasco in Bellano was great! The room was modern, clean and comfortable. The property is conveniently located within walking distance of Bellano’s town square and various amenities. Parking was included and there was lots of available space which is a huge bonus in this area. Location was very close to the train station and ferry port for people who want to tour around to the other ports (Bellagio, Menaggio, etc.). Overall happy with our stay and would highly recommend other travellers staying here.

Very noisy place, close to the road and railway.

1). Close to the train station. 2). Less than 5 minutes walk to the to the train station and supermarket. 3). Spacious apartment with good amount of kitchenware.

1). Host unreachable, even by booking.com support. 2). The apartment was filthy! -There was someone elses leftover bar of soap and their hair in the shower. -There was mould and grime in the shower and growing on the bathroom walls. -?dried snot on the bathroom walls- see photos 🤢 -The kitchen bench hadn't been wiped down properly and there was ?coffee or food splashes on the walls in the kitchen. -Many of the walls need a full clean down. Host was informed day of arrival of the state of the apartment. I thought they might send someone urgently to clean but we haven't even received an apology. I have contacted them twice! -After reading other reviews I'm now wondering when our bedding was last washed🤮 4). Check-in occurs fully online via a link that requests photos of you and your passports. I tried contacting the host as I wasn't comfortable with this. There was no other way into the apartment and they ignored my concerns anyway. Booking.com support were also unable to contact them regarding this. 5). The lock box to access the apartment had no keys in it. Thankfully the online system was working as the host is unreachable. Otherwise we would have had to find other accomodation. The online system is used every time you enter the gate, apartment and room so if there's a problem with this, you are screwed. 6). There was a shelf in the entrance "for making the stay enjoyable" that was supposed to be filled with wine, sunblock, snacks etc. to buy, but it was completely empty for the three nights we were there. 7). Walk to supermarket is on a narrow, busy road with no footpath.

Recently renovated property with great airconditioning and close to the center. The parking lot was a plus!
